Climb 15 steps to a huge wooded deck and charming apartment with full bed under skylights in a quiet river community. Kitchen equipped with microwave, hot plate, fridge, Keurig, French press, and convection oven. Shower and toilet area flows directly to kitchen without a door, so best for a single person or partners who aren’t shy about bathroom noises. And tall people, be advised: knee walls leave limited head room on either side of loft apartment. Ramshackle neighbors but safe neighborhood!

Historic Mass Ave Loft in Downtown Indy

Spacious 1 bedroom loft (w/ additional bunk beds) on the 3rd floor of an historic building on Mass Ave Downtown, Indy's best area for dining and nightlife. Walking distance to Indiana Convention Center, Monument Circle, Old National Centre, all stadiums, Monon + Indianapolis Cultural trails, and Bottleworks district. We have 2 big TVs, blazing-fast wifi, and a comfortable desk for workers. Note: We're up two flights of stairs, so prepare to get in your steps! Indpls STR permit SRP-000167.

Close to Pacers Fieldhouse, and convention center. Next to AJ's Jazz bar and Slippery Noodle. 1 car garage/private indoor parking spot. Very clean. All new. Very close to all the action, but very private. Concierge-laundry elevator service available for additional cost. NFL PACKAGE.

SoBro Art Deco getaway

Unique loft like space close to Broad Ripple. Very close Upland Brewery, and the new Indygo Redline. 5 minutes from the heart of many restaurants, bars, and the Monon Trail. Unit was completely renovated in 2016. The decor is modern and chic and gives you a big city feel while still maintaining the closeness of the small neighborhood. The building is private and still easily accessible. Street parking available. We DO NOT allow parties or get togethers. This unit does have Wi-Fi.
