Blu Grace Farm Apartment

Our barndo is located on our quaint 10 acre farm. The barn sits in the center of two pastures overseeing highland cows, horses, alpaca, donkeys, sheep and ducks. A cup of coffee, the sound of the rooster crowing while rocking under the awning is an experience in itself. Pet and feed the livestock during your visit. We are conveniently located near several wedding venues in historic Marion county and just an hour from Myrtle Beach. This is a rustic and peaceful farm experience you won’t forget.

Close to everything, including Hwy 501 and Hwy 22 to get you to every beach you'd like to visit within 30 mins - but -you'd never know it! So peaceful and quiet here- you'll hear the birds and the wind! You'll even hear the chickens, ducks, and guineas our sons have next door! 6 minutes from our small home town that has fast food, best grocery store, pharmacy, etc. & Conway is 11 minutes from us up 501 - Wal Mart, many restaurants, movie theatre.. everything you'll need! If unsure, ask us!

River Birch Bungalow sleeps 9 (near by fishing)

Escape to the River Birch Bungalow, a serene environment at our family-owned estate, dating back to 1939. This recently refurbished rustic home near the Little Pee Dee River offers a peaceful escape for nature lovers and those seeking solitude. With all the comforts for a stress-free getaway, it's just a 30 min drive to Lumber State Park and a short distance to nearby villages. Ideal for long-term stays, pet-friendly and can accommodate two vehicles. Only an hour drive to Myrtle Beach.

Peaceful, Cozy & Walk to downtown

The Mustard Seed Lodge B is an upstairs studio apartment in Marion downtown. It’s within walking distance to all venues on Main Street and to Withlacoochee Park. We are 10 minutes from the USC medical plaza. Additionally, we are 1 hour from Myrtle Beach, 25 mins from Florence, and only 40 mins to Aynor/Conway. Also, a short driving distance from wedding venues: Hidden Acres, and the Wild berry Farm. We also have a larger one-bedroom apartment-B available downstairs for rent. NO PETS.

Come stay in this recently renovated fourth generation 1950s farmhouse on an 80 acre working farm. Unwind on the porch, walk trails, find millions of years old sharks teeth, build a bonfire, pick blackberries, swim in the ponds, collect walnuts, or just relax while you’re here but don’t forget to wish on a dandelion or a shooting star before you leave.

The Poolside Escape

Newly remodel poolside escape. 1100 sq feet with 3 indoor TVs, 1 outdoor tv, and a foosball table. The house has a full bathroom, kitchen, and living area. It can accommodate up to 9 guest; king bed, sleeper sofa, and couch (air mattresses available upon request) Stainless steal appliances and access to a 35 foot in ground pool with a splash pad and 6 foot deep end. Within 15 minutes of multiple wedding venues. Within an hour drive to Myrtle Beach. 30 minutes from I-95.

The Hanna Farmhouse

Enjoy a peaceful stay in a rustic farmhouse on land owned by the Hanna family since the 1700s. This retreat spot has centuries-old live oak trees shading the back yard and walking trails around the contiguous farm. Housed in a historic building in the heart of the Pee Dee, The Loft has charming character with exposed brick walls and original hardwood floors. Offered as a nightly rental, your experience begins as you're greeted with gas lanterns and continues inside where you'll find our 1,000 square foot living space

The Club House

We welcome you to The Club House. It is our hope that you will come spend some time here to relax and unwind. The Club House sits on the historical Little Pee Dee River in Marion County South Carolina. You will step back in time where life was simple, and days were spent enjoying nature. It was built in the 1950's and has been through many storms but still stands strong and welcomes guest to its 1 acre river front.

Newly built (2019) modern pool/guest house. The house has a full bathroom, kitchen and living area with a queen size sleeper sofa. An air mattress can be brought by guests to accommodate up to 4 guests. Stainless steel appliances and access to in ground pool and hot tub. Within 15 minutes of multiple wedding venues. Within hour drive of Myrtle Beach. Conveniently located approximately 30 minutes from I-95.

Uptown Residence

About 45 minutes or more drive from Myrtle Beach, depends on traffic due to seasons. Easy access to highway for your vacation hubspot Apartment in the middle of a small town within walking distance of Main Street and other restuarants that are also in walking distance to the main roads.
