Deze volledig uitgeruste bungalow is eind 2023 compleet gerenoveerd en biedt veel comfort en privacy. Hier kun je heerlijk genieten, want deze knusse bungalow (54 m2) ligt op een rustig park aan de rand van het bos. De natuur is hier prachtig. Pak je de fiets of de auto? Dan ben je in een mum van tijd in Ermelo, Harderwijk of bij het Veluwemeer.

Grab the canoes and go out to explore the Loosdrechtse lakes. As a father of two teenagers I exactly know how to make my family happy!

By bike or car, Haarlem is a stone's throw away, 20 minutes from Amsterdam and 15 minutes from Schiphol. Zandvoort is 14 km away. The house is located next to the Ringvaart in the Groene Weelde recreation area. The house is ideally located, especially for those arriving by car. Free parking at the door!

Veluwe Natuurhuisje: Direct aan Kroondomein

Vanuit je natuurhuisje wandel of fiets je direct het bos in of over de heidevelden van dit mooiste plekje. Fietsen zijn gratis en kaarten aanwezig. Spot wild (zoals edelherten) en bezoek de vele musea en bezienswaardigheden in de buurt! Het is absoluut stil: geen verkeer of doorgaande weg. Praktisch: * Inchecken vanaf 15:00u, uitchecken 11:00u (later niet mogelijk i.v.m. schoonmaak). * Auto is aanbevolen (OV niet optimaal). We doen er alles aan om je verblijf comfortabel te maken.

Near Amsterdam, you will find this unique private house surrounded by characteristic Dutch water landscape. The house is completely corona proof. The house has two floors, downstairs the living room with a modern kitchen with terrace and an upstairs with the bedroom with a freestanding bath. The spectacular view of the water immidiatly transforms the mind after a visit in Amsterdam. From this quiet area it is only 10 minutes by public transport to the Central Station in Amsterdam.

Op de begane grond is een ruime woonkamer met uitzicht op de tuin. Vanuit de zithoek kunt u genieten van het groene uitzicht. Een indruk van het huis via het filmpje op YouTube. Zoek op 'Lovely house on the water'. Als u van vissen houdt, kunt u proberen een vis te vangen uit de tuin. Kinderen kunnen spelen in de zandbak, op de miniglijbaan of de duikelstang. De tuin kan worden afgesloten door een hek en bij het water is een afzetting, zodat de kinderen veilig kunnen spelen.

Welkom! Jouw huis staat los naast ons huis en heeft een eigen ingang. Je kan met vier volwassenen (en een extra baby) verblijven. Direct naast de woning gratis parkeren. Geniet tijdens het wandelen in de directe omgeving van het natuurgebied en de molens. Bushalte voor het openbaar vervoer naar Amsterdam ligt op 50 meter afstand, 30 minuten naar het centrum van Amsterdam! De prijs is inclusief bedlinnen, keukenlinnen, badhanddoeken en lokale belastingen.

Jans verbouwde koeienstal beschikt over 3 ruime tweepersoons kamers. Alle kamers zijn voorzien van een prachtige eigen badkamer met douche en toilet. De kamers zijn via een gang toegankelijk naar een gezellige, gezamenlijke woonkamer en een compleet ingerichte keuken. Koffie en thee is onbeperkt beschikbaar. Bij aangename temperaturen kan men gebruik maken van een gezellig ingerichte schuur, wat dient als extra zitruimte.

Gäste zahlen beim Einchecken eine Touristengebühr von 2,50€/Gast/Nacht.

Het Landhuis : een prachtig, luxe vakantiehuis aan de duinen op slechts 3 kilometer van Callantsoog. Wat een verrassing is deze mooie bungalow met vrij uitzicht over het land . Vanaf het pad loopt u zo de weg over en de duinen in, waar honden heerlijk mogen loslopen. Vrijheid en rust, met natuurgebied Het Zwanenwater, Callantsoog, het strand en de zee op een paar kilometer afstand.
