Hello, this is Alexander. I am a musician and IT director. This luxury flat has a real story. Built in the 90's , it was for a few years the flat of an international artist. Also one of the oldest AirBnB here : 85 square meters with 2,70 m of ceiling heights, with a direct view on the symbol of Berlin, and Alexanderplatz. My furniture are a mix of German vintage and contemporary (flat screen with Apple TV...). Don't bring anything with you, everything is already in the flat, like a hotel.

Wir sind ursprünglich als Gutsbrennerei Teil eines Rittergutes mit Gutshaus, Ställen und Gutspark. Unser Haus liegt im nordöstl. Speckgürtel von Berlin. Umgeben von mehreren sehr grossen Seen ( 1 bis 3 km lang) in der Nähe, teilweise zu Fuss aber immer mit Fahrrad oder Pkw erreichbar. Der Gutspark beginnt vor unserer Tür und erstreckt sich über mehrere Hektar mit romantischen Aleen und grossen Grünflächen, ideal für ein Picknick. Ihr bewegt euch auf den Spuren von Theodor Fontane.

A quiet and harmonious little haven located in the hip Helmholtz kiez in Prenzlauerberg. With two balconies, high ceilings and original wooden flooring, modern kitchen, tasteful decor and all the modern conveniences you could need, it's a perfect little oasis and contrast to the buzz of ample restaurants, cafes and markets it's surrounded by. Alexanderplatz and Hauptbahnhof are a short tram ride away. Kollwitzkiez, Mauerpark (and markets) are within walking distance.

Beautiful family home right in the heart of Berlin close to famous KaDeWe and to wonderful Viktoria-Luise-Platz and its fountain. Good connection to all the other great hot spots in Berlin (U-Bahnhof Wittenbergplatz) and supermarkets close by (the closest smaller one is just 5 min. by foot away). There is a kids bedroom with two beds as well. Families welcome but also couples without kids can enjoy our apartment. Happy to give you some Berlin insider tipps!

Möglichkeiten zum Wandern, Radfahren und zur Ausübung jeder Art von Wassersport sind hier gegeben. Auch Abstecher in den nicht weit entfernten Spreewald bieten sich an.
