We offer a comfy queen size bed, comfy roll away twin bed, kitchenette, full bathroom, walk-in closet, sitting area with couch and tv, private entrance with a private drive and parking area. You can also enjoy many extra features on the property, which include beautiful flower gardens and fountains.

Our guest suite is close to Indpls--approx. 20 min from downtown. You’ll love our place because of the quiet & serene environment that's just outside of the city. We sit on an acreage close to the I70/Mt Comfort Road Exit making for quick access to and from the interstate. Our suite is in the front corner of our home. It has a private entrance with porch. It looks out into a garden that has a pond with fountain along with seating under a pergola. It has high ceilings and is very spacious.

Second bedroom is upstairs with a twin size bed or can be expended to a king. We live 5 minutes away so we can always be there to help if you needed anything.

The home is located across from the Falls Park soccer fields and is within easy walking distance to Falls Park, Brown's Pool, and downtown Pendleton. Use of the home includes the use of the two car garage and has an automatic backup generator so there is always power. The home is handicapped friendly with many grab bars and large doorways. An electric vehicle charger is provided (J1772 adaptor required for Tesla vehicles).
