The Lake House on beautiful Mason Lake

"The Lake House" is located on beautiful Mason Lake in Briggsville, WI. Our home is a freshly remodeled 2 bedroom, 1 bathroom lake house with 36 ft. of lake frontage. The property has a huge fenced in back yard, concrete patio and a new pier (2021) for outside fun. We can accommodate two vehicles on the black top driveway, public street parking and a large public parking lot for boat / rec. trailers right across the street. The property is also located on a ATV/UTV and snowmobile trail system.

The home is in a rural cul-de-sac where you can enjoy a bike ride, a walk, a ride in the canoe or simply relax and enjoy the serenity of the area. It is pet friendly with a large back yard that is fenced on three sides, the fourth side being the lake. For a little more adventure: Wi. Dells is a half-hour drive, Baraboo offers a variety of circus-related activities, Roche-A-Cri State Park spans over 650 acres and Quincy Bluffs with rock formations and logging roads has 6,500 acres.

The Lake House is a cozy and quiet place to relax

Newly remodeled, 2-bedroom, has a bathroom/ laundry room combined. The sitting room allows you a space to relax . Check out the games or grab a book to read. The sun lit sunroom has a great view of Buffalo Lake, and a great place to have your morning coffee. Take a short walk downtown and check out the waterfalls or stay close to the house and roam the property. Check out the metal flowers, or the painted bowling ball. You may even find a painted cement leaf or two.
