The Sugar House, Maple Hill Road

The Sugar House on Maple Hill Road was once the site of a traditional Sugar House. The post and beams, wooden ceiling boards, 26 foot ceiling enhances the interior beauty. The house sits on 7 acres of woods with a small stream. Stowe Mountain Resort, The Trapp Family Lodge, Smugglers Notch, Long Trail, are just a few of the near by points of interest. Other activities near by include biking, fly fishing, golf, the Rail Trail. Stowe, Morrisville , Johnson, Hyde Park are just minutes away

Our backyard tiny home is walking distance to historic downtown Montpelier. Located on a quiet street, its many windows highlight all the efficiencies of tiny house living, including a fully equipped kitchen, radiant floor heat and the option of woodstove coziness. The bathroom includes a spacious walk-in shower and modern concrete sink. Two small bedrooms share a featured rotating wall and sliding barn door. The design plan is clean lines, minimalist decor and efficient energy use.

Very quiet, relaxing and cozy. It has a decompressing effect on it's guests. Perfect to rest your head. Not suitable for children under 12 years old. Amazing gourmet kitchen. WE HAVE HIGH SPEED INTERNET. Fly into Burlington and rent a car, it will be approximately a 40min. Drive to Middlesex.

Must be able to negotiate stairs as the apartment is on the second floor. 2 night minimum stay and 10 day maximum stay No pets please.
