The View

On a plateau overlooking the Ruamahanga river valley is our cosy two bedroom fully self contained cottage. The views are jaw dropping, backdropped by the Tararua Ranges. On the river flats below, summer crops form a patchwork of different colours. Above, the big sky can be an endless blue or filled with rolling banks of cloud and truly spectacular sunsets. At night the wondrous canopy of stars is why the region is an official International Dark Sky Reserve. It’s all utterly peaceful.

The Gatehouse - vintage cottage with rural views

Relax on the window seat with views over farmland in this charming vintage cottage. The deck is a sunny peaceful spot for morning coffee and, at night, for taking in the stars of the internationally renowned Wairarapa Dark Sky. The plumpy fireside sofa is perfect for sinking into with a glass of wine. The Gatehouse is only six minutes drive from Martinborough and 11 minutes to Greytown. It has two bedrooms with queen beds, a kitchen/dining space and bathroom with high pressure shower.

The Gatehouse on 26Rows Vineyard is a luxury holiday cottage situated on 26 Rows Vineyard. The Gatehouse is a well appointed with open plan living, designed with quality and elegance. Hamden Estate Cottage

Enjoy a stay on our Martinborough vineyard. The cottage is nestled amongst the vines and offers a peaceful retreat from the city. We are 8 kilometres from the centre of Martinborough heading south on the way to Lake Ferry. You can enjoy a leisurely wine tasting at our cellar door with David who is always happy to talk wine. We will also transport you to Martinborough so that you can spend the day investigating local wineries or dine at one of the town's fine restaurants.

The Little White Bach

1960s fully renovated home in the heart of Martinborough. Perfect getaway for a couple, family or friends to explore the local boutique wineries or the many attractions the Wairarapa has to offer. We have two queen size rooms and one king single, all bedrooms have good size wardrobes. We have two beautiful large decks one south facing out front and one in the back for all day and evening entertainment. We have new radiator heating to keep you warm in cooler months.

Hidden Valley Getaway

Hidden Valley Homestay, more commonly known as "The Winery", was once a working vineyard/ winery, known as the Hidden Valley Vineyard. The winery building was built in 1999 out of strawbales. Current owners, and your hosts, Bridget and Jono Hartnell (who live onsite) have recently converted this characteristic building into a fully functional, modern and charming house. Spacious in size, this nearly 200 square metre house is the perfect getaway for family and friend groups.

Tui Cottage gets fantastic sun, and there is seating outside on the deck - perfect for basking in the rays and enjoying a wine or two. Note that the nightly rate is for 2 people. Repose x Martinborough Grove Stay

Perched on a terrace in Martinborough’s Blue Earth Olive Grove sits one of Repose’s 14sqm Nordic inspired cabins. Offering unmatched views over the property and down the valley. Whether it be a picnic amongst the vines, exploring the Ruakokoputuna River, or a stroll through the Grove there is plenty to keep you busy during your stay.

The Hut

The hut is a beautifully crafted off the grid cabin located located on a sheep and beef farm, Daisybank, just minutes out of Martinborough . Open the doors right up on a nice day and enjoy the fresh air or cozy up with a blanket on the couch in front of the fire when the weather makes you want to bunker down. The outdoor bath is the icing on the cake to allow you to take in the views while relaxing in the tub
