Η επιφάνεια του διαμερίσματος περίπου 32τμ παρέχει άνεση κινήσεων. To διαμέρισμα διαθέτει 2 μπαλκόνια, το ένα έχει ανατολικό προσανατολισμό και το άλλο δυτικό.
