Take it easy at this secluded, waterfront cabin near beautiful Magnolia Beach. Fish or launch kayaks from your front yard. This rustic property is located down a dirt road that can be very difficult to access when it rains a lot. 4x4 vehicles recommend. During dry times, the road is fine. Wildlife of all kinds are sometimes seen, many species of birds, bobcat, deer, and sometimes snakes. Alligators live in Old Town Lake, much like any body of water in South Texas. Swimming not recommended.

While sitting on one of the swings under the cabin, you can watch barges and fishing boats passing by, listen to the echoes of ocean waves and breath some fresh air. Occasionally, you will also see dolphins swimming by. The Sargent beach is only less than 5 minute drive. There are picnic tables and bench by the fishing park and plenty of free parking.

Fishin Mission Cabin

This mini resort is a peaceful fun place for adults and children and of course the pups. There is 27 ft above ground pool with a wrap around deck for some fun and play after a day on the sandy beach. Lawn furniture surrounds a firepit at the pool area along with a cabana for serving picnic outdoors. There is outdoor games upon request also. Joe and Grace are the resorts horses that love being petted and fed carrots and apples.
