A place of the heart, lovingly restored preserving the ancient beams of the roof. A wonderful view from the large windows and a special tranquility for those in search of peace, warmth and relaxation. This spacious studio (31 m2) with a large double bed, balcony and fantastic views is centrally located in Wengen, about 4 minutes (300m) walk from the train station/village center and directly opposite the ski slope/valley run leading from Kleine Scheidegg to the village centre & Männlichen gondola. The studio has a small kitchen, dining/sleeping/living area plus bathroom. The cozy balcony offers views of the entire Lauterbrunnen Valley. Gondola, train & hiking trails are a short walk away.

Everything is reachable in max 10 minutes walking, otherwise the e bus stop is 200m far. it is a perfect mix of comfort and tranquility. 28 steps to access to the building.

Charmant studio de 38 m2 avec balcon et vue directe sur le Cervin. Il est entièrement équipé (cuisine, salle de bain). Il se trouve en plein cœur du village de Zermatt. Ce logement confortable se trouve au 2ème étage d’un immeuble très calme, dans le quartier de Wiesti. Il se situe à 150 mètres du funiculaire de Sunnegga (accès au domaine pour le ski et les randonnées) et à 800 mètres du centre-ville, des commerces et de la gare de Zermatt (8 minutes à pied).

On l'a construite pour nous avec coeur, cette petite maison. Elle se trouve à proximité de notre maison d'habitation, mais elle bénéficie d'une vue dégagée et préserve votre intimité. Vous allez vous sentir chez vous. On rêve en regardant la vue, la course du soleil, sur une des terrasses ou au coin du feu. Pour déconnecter, découvrir la Gruyère, s'isoler pour télétravailler, s'évader en amoureux... Le plus difficile est d'en repartir.
