Full kitchen with all the basics and a dining nook. A large TV, comfy couch and more!

Fern Cottage

Fern Cottage is on rear of our property with private entrance & outdoor spaces which include seating, fire pit. Front porch has a swing. It is fully furnished There is an under counter fridge in the kitchen and full size fridge located outside your bedroom door in garage. Off street parking provided. NO smoking unit. No exceptions. No more than 2 pets and no larger than 50 pounds. NO AGGRESSIVE PETS. There is a $25 pet fee please be courteous and pay when reserving

All of Conway's greatest are a short 15-minute drive from this beautiful home! This property is a short distance from the baseball field complex, Baptist college, and UCA.

FYI: This cabin is very close to I-40. We have white noise provided for light sleepers. THERE IS LOUD HIGHWAY NOISE
