Busy B Ranch is a 1,000+acre wildlife & leisure ranch, including a new drive-thru safari Busy B Ranch Wildlife Park. Our safari is 125+acres with 3 miles of roads & over 400 animals to enjoy. We offer log cabin rentals, that are tucked away on their own private 11 acre lake. Come spend a few days fishing, rocking on the front porch and relax in the woods of Northeast Texas. We recommend you build a campfire & roast marshmallows in the fresh evening air. We are located 6 miles north of Jefferson.

The Lodge at Abernathy Ranch

Come enjoy a peaceful setting on a working cattle ranch approximately five miles from Historic downtown Jefferson, Texas. Wake to deer in the pasture as the fog lifts, singing birds and beautiful sunrises. This space is 2 bedrooms, 2 baths, with one step-up into guest bedroom and living room. You can cook inside or out, has a wood burning stove, WiFi and TV, inside and outside games. You can take long walks down a tree-lined road or just sit on the porch and relax. This is a quiet setting.

The living room & each bedroom has its own TV with Roku for streaming as well as a digital antenna for all the local channels. High speed Wi-Fi available. The home is about 10 minutes away from the Earl G. Williamson State Park, where numerous fishing tournaments are held. It is a short 20-minute drive to Shreveport.

Pelican Place on Caddo Lake (Boat Ramp & Kayaks)

Quiet retreat by Caddo lake with private boat ramp. Launch your own boat, or use kayaks. Filming of the movie produced by M. Night Shyamalan "Caddo Lake" was seen from the waterfront of Pelican Place. The patio is perfect for grilling dinner while enjoying the beautiful scenery of Caddo Lake. The updated interior of the house has maintained its rustic charm; provides a complete kitchen, private bedroom & queen sleeper sofa in living room. (Use Kayaks at your own risk, Lifejackets are provided)

Create memories over a campfire in the pit on the lower deck. Explore the Caddo on kayak or canoe or book a local tour of the lake. Explore the local attractions in nearby Jefferson, Texas. This is the perfect location to unplug and refresh. There is an optional RV Spot available for an additional amount.

Little House @ Linden: Dogs Welcome! Smoke-Free!

The tiny cottage is completely private with a dog-themed decor. Up to two dogs accepted; sorry no cats. This is a tobacco-free property and due to host allergies it is unsuitable for tobacco or marijuana users. The Little House can accommodate one or two adults, but is not suitable for children. It’s also not suitable for those who aren’t accustomed to picking up after themselves and mindful of the care taken to preserve precious vintage things for the enjoyment of others.

Lakeside Cabin on Lake O' the Pines

If you are seeking a quiet place to relax and enjoy the beautiful sunset on the water, look no further than this new lakeside cabin on Lake O' the Pines. There is not a boat dock but around the corner is a boat ramp and of course you can fish from the shore. This shoreline is not the best for swimming it has several stumps but great for fishing. We do not have Wi-Fi but good cell phone service/hotspot. Restaurants and shopping 20 miles in the historical town of Jefferson.

Caddo Lake Mallard House w/access to Caddo Lake

Escape for a week or a weekend to world famous Caddo Lake. Surrounded by the largest cypress forest in the world and designated as a wetland of international significance, property will accommodate a couple with comfort. The Mallard House includes full kitchen, wi-fi and a queen bed. Water access is 7 minutes away and includes access to our private lake lot with fishing pier, canoes and kayaks. Get away for the weekend and come stay with us!
