This studio apt is for ONE (1) GUEST ONLY with off-street parking, easy access to a Zen-like patio, & gas grill. We are 5 mins to Lucy Pk, 10 mins from downtown or MSU, & 10 mins to SAFB. A quiet & serene, safe retreat perfect for shaded walking, running, or biking. Your guests are welcome, however, they are not allowed to stay overnight. Please, no exceptions made without penalty.

Bring your boat & tie up to our dock. Lots of space to park your trailer. Pet friendly to non-aggressive, house-trained dogs up to 25# with a pet fee. Friendly dogs and cats roam the unfenced area.

Welcome to our family friendly cozy farm home that accommodates to a family and or business trip. House is centrally-located to everything the town has to offer. We are walking distance to shopping and local eateries, 5 minutes away from Midwestern State University and North Texas State Hospital. Sheppard Air Force Base is a short 15 minute drive away. The MPEC Event Center and the downtown area is only a short 10 minute drive away. Whatever brings you to town, we are close enough to it all.

If you are looking to get away for a night, weekend or even a week of rest and relaxation, beautiful sunsets and peaceful quiet surroundings, then this is the place. This Cozy little cabin is just 15 miles west of Graham TX. The cabin is fully furnished, sleeps 4, queen bed in loft and twin/full bunk beds, we offer free bottled water and coffee, free WiFi, satellite TV with all your favorite channels, side by side refrigerator, microwave oven and complete stove, pots and pans and dishes.

Campfire available on request when burn ban is not in effect. 12 miles from Olney, TX, Newcastle, TX and 25 miles from Graham, TX. Pets are welcome. Cozy Guest House

Welcome to a cozy guesthouse behind my home that is just a few miles from I-44, Sheppard AFB, United Regional and Kell West Regional Hospitals, and downtown Wichita Falls and MPEC. The guesthouse sleeps up to 4 persons in one room: queen bed (with memory foam mattress) and daybed/couch that converts to one or two twin beds (one is a trundle), both memory foam mattresses. Pets are welcome, but they need to be house trained and kept quiet, and there is a small pet fee.
