Duck'n Hill Cottage (& EV charge station)

Built by eccentric artists in the 80's this quaint little mudbrick sits in the heart of the Yarra Valley surrounded by wineries, stunning gardens and views. Recently renovated for comfort with concrete flooring, split system, hot water, renovated bathroom & numerous outdoor spaces. The kitchenette includes a coffee machine, kettle, toaster, egg steamer, bar fridge, airfryer & microwave. There is no oven/stove. If you would like a full kitchen please book our larger accommodation The Barn.

There are views of Silvan Dam which is only a 10 minute drive, Puffing Billy is within easy reach and also the famous William Ricketts Sanctuary. My place is close to cafe cultured, and trendy Yarraville Village and the `art deco' Sun Theatre. Located in a quiet residential area with a nice park opposite. You’ll love my place because of the neighbourhood and the ambiance with heaps of cafes and restaurants with a 5 minute walk. The Yarraville train station is a 5 minute walk and only a 10 minute train ride to Melbourne CBD. My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travellers, and families (with kids).
