Killington-Pico ski in/out Studio at base of Pico

At the base of Pico and 10 minutes from Killington. Free shuttle service from my place to Killington. I have a free ski locker and free wood for the fireplace. There is a laundry room with coin operated machines. There is a brand new 50” flat screen tv with cable. It’s a smart tv, that’s hooked up to WiFi, so you can use your Netflix, Amazon or Hulu account if you want. The kitchen is fully equipped. Towels, soap, shampoo and conditioner provided for 1 day. No daily cleaning service. No parties.

Balcony with view of Dears Leep overlook. Quiet top floor end unit. Full kitchen, 1 bedroom with seperate living room. Living room has pull out sofa bed and 54 inch t.v. and WIFI. Hike the Appalachian, Long and Catamount trails from your back door. 30 minutes from Woodstock. Please be sure to read and agree to house rules.

The hut has a cozy bed, kitchenette, and camping basics making for an easy and cozy getaway. Follow a trail to the Catamount Trail or drive a few minutes to the Long Trail. Enjoy miles of gravel biking from the door or go to Moosalamoo or Rochester for prime mountain biking trails. In the evening, sit on the deck under a blanket of stars and warm your toes by the fire.

Newly renovated 1-bedroom Whiffletree condo with an upscale alpine feel—just minutes from the slopes, access road, and snow tubing. Fully stocked with essentials and includes a ski locker for your gear. Shuttle in/out service available weekends (Dec–April), or ski home when conditions allow (check Killington trail status). Ski-on/Ski-off!! Our condo is at the base of Pico Mountain and offers amazing views from the private balcony. Enjoy all the benefits of being slope side of Pico Mountain while just 10 minutes away from Killington Resort! Pico Mountain offers 57 trails with 6 lifts and is a family-favorite to avoid some of the weekend crowds at Killington. Less then 1 mile from the Long Trail and Deer Leap overlook hiking trail. Both fantastic must-do hikes when in the area!

Yurt In The Woods - Private Refuge

The Yurt In The Woods is 30 ft in diameter - 700 spacious sq. ft. It's surrounded by trees and has a yard. 2 night stays required for Weekends. October 6th and 12th are currently vacant if you want a fall foliage trip. There is a "one" night stay fee of $50 Allowed 2 dogs with the agreement to my animal policy & $50 fee WiFi 1,000 megabits per second a fiber network Outdoor Gas Grill , Outdoor Fire Circle, and Outdoor Shower available May - October

Take the free shuttle (modified schedule post Covid) and end your day by skiing back to the condo. In the summer season you can enjoy a day mountain biking and ride home in just under five minutes. After the races enjoy indoor salt water pool or 2 hot tubs or hot sauna in the Trail Creek Amenities building (a couple of buildings away). Great for couples or families. We provide all linens, towels & firewood. FREE WIFI, cable and HBO. Fully stocked kitchen.
