It has a breakfast bar, vaulted ceilings, flat screen TV, lovely back deck, outdoor shower, 2 full bathrooms and 3 spacious bedrooms. The house is located just across the street from Menemsha Hills conservation area, providing hiking trails and access to North Shore beach. Lucy Vincent and Squibnocket Beach stickers are also available. Help with boat tickets available.

The space comes with a walk -on-pass to Lucy Vincent Beach.

With 2 bedrooms, 2 baths and a loft it's perfect beach base camp.. Take the path to Menemsha beach or your passes to Lucy Vincent. You are most welcome to bring one pet.

This home is a ten minute walk from Philbin Beach, a private beach in Aquinnah, MA. It is an “upside down” house with the kitchen living room, and deck situated upstairs to take advantage of the ocean view. A large yard surrounded by woods affords family plenty of space to play or relax in privacy. July and August are Saturday to Saturday only rentals. Other times are a 3 night minimum.
