A 5 minute drive away is the Merimbula boardwalk.

Walk, golf, bike ride, tennis, whale watching & cruises, Magic Mountain, Mandeni, mini-golf.

Light & peaceful studio oasis, near town & beach

Light filled space in my fully self contained studio. Private entrance and seperate to the main house this little oasis is a freshly renovated space. You'll have your own kitchen, bedroom, bathroom, balcony and parking space. The balcony is such a sun trap so perfect for morning coffee session or evening wine and cheese time. I have two pets on the property but will be in main house (a golden retriever & a ginger cat).
