Also conveniently located within walking distance Pacific Fair shopping centre and the Broadbeach shopping and dining precinct. A very short walk to the Gold Coast bus and light rail system! The 700 bus along the Gold Coast Highway offers direct transportation services to Coolangatta, Tugun, Currumbin, Burleigh Heads, Miami, Mermaid and the Broadbeach South station is in front of Pacific Fair Shopping Centre. The G:Link light rail, also located at the Broadbeach South station directly in front of Pacific Fair Shopping Centre, will easily and quickly transport you to the most popular areas of Broadbeach, Surfers Paradise and Southport. If you are travelling from Coolangatta Airport Mermaid 24 is about 25 minutes via Taxi/Uber or by Bus take Number 777 to the Mermaid Beach stop. A number of funky restaurants/cafes are only a short two minute walk or walk ten minutes either north or south to find one of our local surf clubs where you can enjoy a drink or a meal overlooking the beautiful Pacific Ocean. Your detached studio accommodation is located at the rear of the property with its own private lockable entry. It is renovated with a modern bathroom and mini kitchenette with all you need for your stay. The king size bed accommodates a couple or can be split for a twin share. Tea/coffee, towels and other small essentials included. The main residence is a restored original 1960's beach cottage. The private gated property is only a short stroll to patrolled surf beaches and Nobby Beach shops.

This is a beautiful place directly across the road from the beach. It's a brand new studio space on the bottom level of a multi million dollar home. You have private entry access with all the amenities you need. There’s cafes and restaurants only minutes walk away. There’s a kitchenette with microwave, small fridge and all the other basic kitchen appliances you’ll need. King bed, and a portable cot, air con/heater, washer/dryer, bath, shower, toilet and a large wardrobe.

This property is a spacious one bedroom, self-contained unit with a back yard, located a 100m from the sandy beaches of Mermaid and Nobby's. The unit is in a quiet street with free street parking and easy access to public transport. The front gate entry and front beach shower (cold water) is shared and guests use a separate key pad door for access to their apartment which is located underneath the main home. This apartment is solely for your use.
