Casa Milorca Cottage Suite

The Karoo-style Cottage Suite sleeps two and is tucked away in the pretty gardens behind the main house at Casa Milorca, which was built in 1860 and is situated in one of Prince Albert's prettiest streets in the historic heart of the town. The cottage has a king-size bed with quality white bed linen, and there is an en suite bathroom with shower, as well as a compact lounge and dining area. The kitchenette area has washing up facilities, a toaster, kettle, microwave and bar fridge, and basic kitchen utensils. There is also a tea and coffee station with home-baked rusks. The Cottage Suite, which has its own private verandah, can also be configured with two single beds instead of a king-size bed. Thanks to air-conditioning the cottage is cool in summer and warm in winter; there is also has a standing fan if that is preferred.

The Cottage is peaceful and tranquil, a few minutes’ walk from the beautiful Karoo countryside, yet only a 10-minute walk from the shops and restaurants in Prince Albert. Prince Albert is the prettiest of all Karoo towns. Prince Albert is nestled at the foot of the majestic Swartberg Mountains, at the very edge of the Great Karoo.

This beautiful self catering cottage is situated on Grootwaterval farm, situated 45 km from Prince Albert. It is a dirt road to the farm. Here one can enjoy the peace and quiet only a Karoo farm can offer. The cottage is built with rock, has a patio, fire-pit and BBQ facilities. It caters for 2 adults.
