This house is a tribute to our dearest mother Ioanna who was born in this village and her wish was a house by the sea she so adored. It's our family getaway, our childhood paradise of joy,swimming and daydreaming. We are happy to host guests and families who love nature, sea and peace. Enjoy its special vibe and location, amazing sea view, peaceful surrounding with no direct neighboors. Nested in a private 2hectares olive grove, 20metres from a peaceful beach, 5' walk from the market&taverns.

It's a small 45 sq.m house 50m walking distance to the beach. It's a genuine beach house in the family farm at the eastern seaside suburbs of Kalamata. The direct access to the beach and the seaside palm trees sidewalk make the ideal set. Βρίσκεται σε κεντρική τοποθεσία, σε απόσταση 5 λεπτών με τα πόδια από την παραλία, 3 λεπτών με τα πόδια από τον αρχαιολογικό χώρο (κάστρο Μεθώνης), δίπλα στην αγορά, τα καφέ και τα εστιατόρια. It is a renovated stone house, in the original style in this authentic place, but with all amenities for a relaxing holiday - 500 m to the beach and approx. 25 min. by car to the next golf course. -- Everything was completed in June 2019, new air condition in 2023
