Top floor of houseboat; we live downstairs +1dog,1cat Floating on the Fraser River, in a quiet, safe family neighbourhood just a short canoe ride or walk to Ladner Village grocery stores, cafés and restaurants. Easy bicycling to dyke trails, beaches, bird sanctuary, BC Ferries, shopping malls, and local farms with quaint shops and breweries. Transit stops across the street, Vancouver within 45 minutes by bus.

It's situated centrally in Vancouver, close to SkyTrain and just 2 blocks from trendy Main Street which has tons of great eateries and shops, and to the west a Community Centre! It's a 600 ft2 retreat in a quiet neighbourhood, perfect for professional adults and families alike. The open concept living/dining room has high ceilings, a Smart TV, free Wifi, Netflix, and an expandable dining table with banquet seating.

We have updated The Hideout and look forward to welcoming the world back at the end of summer 2025!! The Hideout grew from a vision we had when we moved to the Coast in 2020. With the desire to share our dream of living amongst the trees, tucked away from the world, The Hideout was created. Wrapped in hand milled cedar, fir and hemlock this space was designed to remind us to slow down, breathe deep and take it all in.
