In grounds of 7 acres with a lake and woodland, it is a haven for wildlife and an ideal base for a relaxing holiday. The oldest parts of Colman's cottage date from the 17th century and have been lovingly renovated. Within a short walk of the cottage are a village shop, pub and Broome Heath for dog walking/ fishing. More shops and restaurants in Bungay just a mile away.

Flixton is a small rural village, 5 minutes to the historic town of Bungay, 20 minutes to the Norfolk Broads, 30 minutes to Southwold. 20 minutes to Norwich, 40 minutes to Bury St Edmunds or Ipswich. Our central location is perfect for holidaying in Norfolk or Suffolk.
