On a quiet street, and a close walk to beaches and cafes, this escape is filled with natural light and provides breathing space to relax and unwind. Start your day with a sunrise coffee on the balcony and end it with a stunning sunset over the mountains. Sunset View can also be booked with Scotts Break (downstairs) for larger family gatherings.

This neat two bedroom holiday apartment is located only 100m from the pristine Sawtell beach and a 250m stroll from the trendy Main Street. Guests will enjoy two spacious bedrooms with built in wardrobes. Both bedrooms offer a queen bed and single mattress. The open plan kitchen and living offers fully equipped cooking facilities, as well as a lounge area leading on to the elevated balcony overlooking the pool. Guests can also utilise the shared BBQ, pool and alfresco dining facilities.

A self-contained property located in a peaceful neighbourhood a short walk from cafes and beaches. The large secure backyard offers a safe space for children and for adults to unwind. A tranquil, leafy setting is a perfect place to relax and recharge all year round. Scotts Break can also be booked with Sunset View (upstairs) for larger family gatherings.
