Spacious, self-contained annex in the historic market town of Woodbridge. Quietly located near Broomheath, with riverside walks along the River Deben. Easy access to A12 and a 25-minute walk to the town centre/train station. Private entrance, courtyard and plenty of off-street parking. Fully equipped kitchen, excellent WiFi and Smart TV. Sleeps up to 3 (king bed + sofa bed). Cot also available. April–October: exclusive daily use of a heated outdoor pool set within a large garden (up to 90 mins).

Space for everyone to spread out. Outside there is a BBQ with room to eat and to sit and chat. Relax in the hot tub with a glass. Plenty of room at our massive table for Sunday lunch inside. In addition have fun on the long sandy beach (4 min walk away). Excellent for dogs too. The house sleeps 11 plus 2 babies (I supply 2 travel cots, 2 high chairs and stair gates). You’ll have 5 large bedrooms, kitchen, breakfast room,sitting/dining room, garden, hot tub, own parking. Restaurants, pubs nearby.

A unique space in a detached timber building arranged as a "Cabinet of Curiosities" (BEWARE Some are quite scary). The space is heated by a wood burner. There is a sleeping loft with double mattress, It has WIFI. pool, sauna and hot tub. An adjacent building contains a shower room/toilet and small kitchenette with a fridge, microwave, toaster and kettle.
