Relax with the whole family in this peaceful location located on 80 acres on the Clam River- a Michigan Blue Ribbon trout stream Get in touch with nature. Deer, bobcat, fox, otters, beaver and bald eagles are all regular visitors. Miles of private trails. Complete privacy on 80 acres. Remote, yet only an hour to Traverse City or 20 minutes to Cadillac, Spend some time on the fantastic covered porch or one of the other 3 levels of deck overlooking a bend in the river.
