At the edge of the Ozarks in the heart of green country is a small cottage located on a beautiful one acre spring feed pond. You can see the spring gushing out of the hillside. Our cottage is small, cozy, and very relaxing. Whether you are kicking back watching the tube or paddling around the pond you will feel right at home and may not want to leave. Our beautiful light filled cabin with wood-burning fireplace is perched above our spring-fed 15 acre private lake next to the common outdoor lounge area and sand beach. We have 200 acres of gorgeous property with limestone boulders and hiking trails throughout. The lake is great for swimming, kayaking, stand-up paddle boarding and offers excellent fishing. We are five minutes from downtown Excelsior Springs, Excelsior Springs golf course and 3EX municipal airport. Relax, rejuvenate and play.

Roxy Ridge 3, the third cabin in the development contains a full kitchen that overlooks the open living room and balcony. The unit has one bedroom, one sleeper sofa and bathroom. The balcony and lookout tower will take your breath with the surrounding nature and tree top feel of it all.

Inside you’ll find your favorite movie playing on surround sound and plenty of board games and puzzles for a quieter night. I have a hot tub that overlooks the river and bluff views. It is professionally maintained.

Creekside Treehouse A majestic a-frame treehouse set above the pines in East Texas. Enjoy the perfect setting for a restful retreat in the wooded countryside without giving up modern amenities. Inside you'll find a fully equipped kitchen and a charming bathroom. Below the treehouse is another seating area with an outdoor fireplace, a wood-heated hot tub, and a brick bbq pit. This enchanting treehouse sits on an 80-acre woodland farm with a stocked pond and miles of forest trails.

Sassafrass Silo Treehouse on Table Rock Lake

The Sassafrass Silo began life as a grain silo that Mike found on a farm in Kansas. We felt she had more life left in her, so we took her from field to forest and gave her a new purpose! Her new journey is based on Debbie's family history from the beautiful Natchez, Mississippi. Her memories of serving in Pilgrimage in her own hoop skirt and classic charm of the antebellum homes paired with her love of bohemian style, nature and the lake helped create this unique space!

Incredible Waterfall Cabin 1 at Horsehead Lake

Horsehead Lake Lodge Waterfall Cabins are situated along the spillway at Horsehead Lake on Horsehead Creek. This is one of the highest volume waterfalls in all of Northwest Arkansas! It is absolutely breathtaking at times and especially after heavy rains. The cabins are as close to the edge as you can get! The coolest thing, you not only get the waterfall, but the lake is within a few hundred feet from the waterfall cabins. It's the best of both worlds!

Tiny Oasis on the Quarry sleeps 4 with comfort!

We live on 10 acres and 4-5 of those are a beautiful spring-fed quarry. Guests can kayak, paddle boat, swim, fish, and simply relax on the beautiful deck. In January 2020 we opened The Golf Simulator at the Quarry. Guests are able to book it by calling us directly. Special rates apply when staying in one of our Tiny Houses.
