Holiday appartment in Oberammergau

Our flat was renovated in March 2013. You can expect a bright and modern living room with space for up to three people. The kitchenette is equipped with a dish-washer, stove, coffee/espresso maker, micro-wave, kettle, toaster, fridge and sink. The bathroom has a shower, sink and toilet. The bed room is on the first floor and offers a cozy double bed as well as a flat-screen TV with DVD-player. There is also a private terrace attached to the flat, with sunlight for almost the entire day as well as a garden. The house is built entirely of native wood and offers a particularly healthy living comfort. About Oberammergau: The small town of Oberammergau is located in the Bavarian Alps. It hosts the famous Oberammergau Passion Play every ten years. Much of its charme is due to the village's historical colourful houses ('Lüftlmalerei'). But Oberammergau is also an active community: a cinema, a theatre, a few museums and a variety of cafés and restaurants make Oberammergau a nice place to live. You can also easily reach the famous castles of Linderhof and Neuschwanstein (by car it will take you 15 or 45 min respectively to reach the castles). The Ettal Abbey is about 2 miles/4 km from Oberammergau, and you can walk or cycle there. In the winter, the Bavarian Alps are a skiing region. Oberammergau offers ski lifts for amateurs and pros alike. Garmisch-Partenkirchen (20 min by car) is Germany's largest ski ressort. We are member of the Königscard initiative, which means that you will be able to use the swimming pools, ski lifts, museums and many other activities (including boat tours, guided tours in the snow, theatre plays...) in Oberammergau and the entire region (Tirol, Ammergauer Alpen, Blaues Land, Allgäu) for free! This is a great offer for anyone who would like to make the most of their holiday and is entirely for free for you!

Es gibt Schlafmöglichkeiten für bis zu vier Personen - sie ist jedoch ideal für zwei-drei Personen. Die Wohnung verfügt über knapp 40 m2 sehr saubere Wohnfläche: Ess-Wohnzimmer (mit grosszügiger, voll ausgestatteterKüchenzeile), Schlafzimmer (mit breitem Doppelbett und neuen Matrazen), eigenes Tageslichtbad, Süd-Balkon, eigener Parkplatz.

Wir bieten eine gemütliche Wohnung im Erdgeschoss mit tollem Ausblick. Super Ausgangslage für Wanderungen in die einzigartige Natur des Karwendelgebirges. Für Wintersport begeisterte sind die Skigebiete nicht weit entfernt, auch Langlaufloipen in der Olympiaregion Seefeld sind leicht zu erreichen. Oder einfach mal die Seele baumeln lassen am Walchensee. Alles was das Herz begehrt in kurzer Zeit erreichbar. Ab sofort ist die Kurtaxe mit im Preis enthalten, es entstehen keine weiteren Kosten.

My flat is ubicated in a quiet and modern, alpine residential area of Garmisch-Partenkirchen, close to the Historical Center, just on the bottom of the mountain Wank. A huge balcony is providing sun from early morning to sunset, if it is not snowing :-) You can start hiking tours directly from my home, find cute cafés and restaurants within 5min walking distance, as well as supermarkets, gas station and nice little shops. If you come for alpine skiing, Garmisch Classic is only 2 km away.

Fewo Waldeck am Fuß der Zugspitze, 1-Zi.-App.

Wir freuen uns Euch als Gäste in unserer 1-Zimmerwohnung am Waldrand begrüßen zu dürfen. Die kleine Wohnung Waldeck hat eine gut ausgestattete Küchenzeile, eine Essecke mit TV, ein 1,80 m breites Boxspringbett und eine Dusche mit WC. WLAN steht kostenfrei zur Verfügung. Der Hauseingang ist ebenerdig, dann geht man eine Treppe hinunter. Die Fewo, mit einer 18 qm großen Terrasse und Sitzmöbel, liegt dann auch ebenerdig, da unser Haus am Hang liegt. Die Kurtaxe kommt zum Endpreis noch dazu.

Gemütliches Apartment mit Küche + Terrasse für 2+1

The modern, fully equipped apartment offers enough space and comfort for 2 people to enjoy a pleasant stay. 2+1 means that families with a child have the budget-friendly option of letting the child sleep on the pull-out sofa bed (see photos). An adult can also sleep here. Please note that using the sofa bed inevitably comes with limitations in terms of space and comfort. If you don't want to compromise on comfort even with three people, we recommend taking a look at our larger apartments.

Das Apartment befindet sich im Untergeschoss und bietet den perfekten Ausgangspunkt für einen Urlaub in den Bergen – in zentraler Lage, aber trotzdem ruhiger Umgebung. Zu Fuß oder mit dem ÖPNV können Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, Restaurants und kulturelle Attraktionen schnell erreicht werden. Autos können kostenlos an der Straße geparkt werden. Das Wanderwege-Netz am Wank befindet sich direkt vor der Haustür. Das Bett ist 1,20m groß und Bad-Accessoires sind für Dich bereitgestellt.

Ruhige, stilvolle Unterkunft mitten in den Tiroler Bergen. Die Wohnung ist neu ausgestattet und urige Elemente wie der Holzofen von Uroma oder die Tiroler Stube sorgen für Gemütlichkeit und besondere Urlaubsstunden. Der Blick auf die Berge und frische Bergluft sorgen für sofortige Entspannung. Die Umgebung bietet sowohl Sommer wie Winter schöne Momente und allerlei Möglichkeiten. Die zentrale Lage wird besonders geschätzt (ca 5 km von Wattens und Autobahn entfernt).

Große Ferienwohnung im Gebirge in Hintergraseck

ACHTUNG nicht direkt mit PKW erreichbar. Ihr wandert, euer Gepäck fahren wir. Hintergraseck ist auf 1000m Höhe oberhalb der Partnachklamm, mitten im Gebirge in grandioser Natur gelegen. Einmaliger Blick ins Gebirge. Der Parkplatz ist 2,8km entfernt. Das Gepäck wird transportiert. Der Fußweg dauert ca. 1 Sunde. Teile der Strecke per Seilbahn überwindbar. Freilaufende Nutztiere im Umfeld der Wohnung.
