Located in the Hamlet of Clark Mills, Town of Kirkland, we are centrally located between Utica and Rome approximately three miles from the NYS Thruway. Within a ten to fifteen minute drive you can travel to Utica College, Hamilton college, SUNY Poly, and the up and coming Nano Center. This area is unique for many small family restaurants with many options for local shopping. A short drive away are day trip options including the Baseball Hall of Fame, Syracuse, and the Adirondacks.

A spacious, modern studio with a full kitchen, dining area, WiFi, BBQ, washer/dryer and TV. This is the ground level unit of a two unit property. Located minutes from the Cooperstown Dreams Park baseball camp, Otesaga Hotel, the National Baseball Hall of Fame and Ommegang Brewery by car. Hartwick College and SUNY Oneonta are 25 min. June through September the apartment books on a six day rotation in coordination with the Cooperstown Dreams Park tournament schedule.

Relax in the comfy loveseat to enjoy TV or the fire. Short walk to the Track & downtown! Hypoallergenic dogs are welcome with a $50 fee. Please read “Pet Rules”. This space has its own entrance/key and is attached but separate from the main house. Apartment has outstanding Western waterfront views and sunsets. Space is appropriate for 1-3 people and there is parking for 1 car. Guests have their own private apartment but shared outside amenities including patio, firepit, playset, yard, grill, kayaks, paddleboards, canoe, and dock seasonally May-September. Shared outdoor 7-person hot tub.

This guest suite has all the comforts of home. It's a comfortable walk or bike ride to the Hall of Fame, historic downtown, the Farmer's Museum and beautiful Otsego Lake. A 24-hour grocery store is around the corner and we're close to the trolley that will take you all over Cooperstown in the summer. And it's only a 10 minute drive to Brewery Ommegang. Please note, there is no TV or cable in the suite. Just Wi-Fi.
