Catcove Beach House 1 is a 2-storey beach house, located beside the main resort called Catanauan Cove White Sand Beach Resort & Residences. It is inside the CATCOVE Residential area with 24-hour security. FACILITIES: Lap Pool, 4 bedrooms, 3.5 T&B, living & dining room, kitchen, balcony, AMENITIES: Generator Set, Airconditioning, Water heaters, Utensils, Cooking wares, Refrigerator, Electric stove, Rice cooker, Beds with sheets & linens, Towels, Cabled Television, Ceiling fans & bbq grill.

Our guests will enjoy the privacy of the whole 3rd floor space of a three-storey building which houses two air-conditioned rooms, a toilet and bath, with a simple dining area, and a balcony. Conveniently, guests will also have access to the roofdeck which has an extra toilet and a place for barbecue (coal-powered stove).
