Sunny and spacious home on the water with private dock and private roof patio. Home has modern appliances, new bbq, new washer and dryer, as well as cookware, dinnerware, linens and bath tub. Each bedroom includes private bath with shower and 2 have bath tubs. Please note, our property has stairs. The entrance is reached by walking up about 2 1/2 flights of stairs, and then once inside there are another 2 flights to reach the roof top deck. We think the view is worth it!
