A recently remodeled mid-century guest suite in the heart of Helena. The suite features zero step entry, a queen size bed, closet space, high quality bedding, microwave, mini fridge, coffee pot, AC, and natural light throughout. A comfy, wide couch with bedding can be used in the living room for an extra bed. Brand new shower and replaced flooring in every room. Easy access to I-15, a quick drive to downtown Helena which is full of microbreweries, eateries and shopping, and close to the Capitol.

Kiss Me Over the Garden Gate

Kiss me over the Garden gate is an heirloom cottage flower. And like many of the plants of this arid landscape, our garden and the apartment itself emphasizes efficiency and minimalism with a dash of whimsy and charm. The apartment is located in the original footprint of my house which was built in 1905. I live in the newer addition adjacent to the apartment. One wall separates the old from the new. Outside in the yard guests will find years of gardening experiments...not all fruitful.

Two spacious bedrooms, a large bathroom, living room, and full custom walnut kitchen with all new stainless appliances and a laundry room. Very peaceful, secure and quiet. The road is a Montana style dirt road. When there is NO snow any car will make it up the hill. In Winter you will need a four wheel vehicle. We snowplow the road as necessary in winter. We are Pet friendly.

The small kitchen is well equipped and features a gas stovetop and convection microwave. Rural mountain ranch setting on a large secure property in a classically safe neighborhood at the end of a meandering driveway. The studio is completely and cleverly redesigned into a featured studio apartment.

Upper - Cozy and Quiet Studio

This is a small studio with a very comfy remote controlled adjustable (head and feet) queen size bed, kitchen, and bathroom. Perfect for two. But we can make an exception and add a cot for an extra person or you may bring your own infant bed. This will make it a little tight but it’s doable. The kitchen has a microwave, hot plate and electric fry pan for cooking and a nice refrigerator.

Cozy little Cabin in Park city

Cutest little cozy and comfortable cabin in town. It has it's own deck With a beautiful view of flower gardens and a koi pond. The flooring and decoration are very country. This is right off the interstate. Quiet little town. 7 minutes from Laurel, 20 minutes from Billings. TV with access to Netflix. This doesn't have a kitchen but there is a microwave and mini fridge.

Daylight Basement.

Enjoy a private relaxing stay in a daylight basement with two bedrooms with queen size beds and a single size air mattress available; with view to the Bridgers and wild life, in close proximity to the city center and airport (7 mile) and 13 miles to MSU. (Not appropriate for wheel chairs or people with mobility limitations). No current access to backyard.
