Central AC added Spring 2026. The cottage is the perfect spot for fishing, kayaking, and relaxing on the deck. The dock and four kayaks allow you to explore, fish, and float the day away. Fenced back yard and no carpet welcome the pups. Fishing poles provided and fish with no license required. Watch the sunset over the lake from the living room window, large deck, or cookover firepit. Lakefront Cottage w/Pontoon, Dock & Paddle Boat

Nestled in a cove on the largest lake in Kent county, this charming lakefront cottage sits at the water's edge w/private beach & 66' of Wabasis Lake shoreline. It includes: 18' pontoon, 2 kayaks, paddle boat & dock (May through October, weather permitting). There is also a front deck; side patio; bonfire pit and gas BBQ grill. Swan Cottage has 2 large bedrooms (plus a twin daybed in a semi-private nook); 1 bathroom; and driveway parking. It is dog friendly, however, the yard is not fenced.

The Telluride House is a great getaway home for the entire family. It's right across the street from Muskellunge Lake. Private dock on a deeded lot within walking distance. The house has lake views on all 3 floors and 2 decks. Soak in some sunshine and enjoy the view from the upper deck or stay cool in the shade with the lake breeze on the lower deck. Fire pit, grill, and yard games are provided along with 2 kayaks. The backyard is fenced, up to 2 dogs are welcome with an additional $100 fee.

In the summertime there are lots of lakes in the area to enjoy and always stop in at Farmer in the Dell for ice cream before leaving town. Need a place to stay while visiting relatives? This would be the perfect place for you to have your own space while visiting. The house has been remodeled throughout and has washer/dryer along with an office in the back.

Featuring 2 bedrooms and a full bath, this property just north of Greenville and west of Stanton is truly a tranquil place to escape. No matter the season, its the perfect time to get away and live life at the lake! Rental includes use of Kayaks, the Blue Canoe, and PFDs. A grill and basic fishing gear are also provided.
