And for those who love to fish, you can launch your boat right from the front yard. Our cozy home accommodates 6 guests with 2 queen beds and 2 single beds. Not a party pad, so we kindly ask you to respect the tranquil ambience.

This 2 storey aircon 4 bedroom home is designed with holidaying in mind. Beach & shops are within walking distance. Sunlover boasts a huge deck with ocean views. Queen Beds in all bedrooms & a double/single bunk bed in the downstairs living area. Sunlover is perfect for 2 families to stay providing plenty of room and privacy. There is plenty off road parking for cars and boats and even a fish cleaning area for the keen fishermen. We have a No Party Policy & you must be 25 and over to book.

Kevs Cottage

Surrounded by the serenity of rural landscapes, peace and quiet, the two bedroom original stockmans cottage located on working cattle station, (Pinnacle station) privately set well away from main house. Kevs cottage is located 20 min north of Gin Gin and 5min to Lake Monduran. Kev Cottage includes a well appointed kitchen, spacious bedrooms, dining and lounge areas. Outside is a three bay garage with extra height to keep your boat out of the weather. The cottage is fenced and dog friendly ☺️

Welcome to Agnes Water Views. Sitting on one of the highest points in Agnes Water, enjoy BOTH sunrise and sunset from Agnes to 1770 & Bustard Heads from the 13m long verandah. Open to guests for the first time September 2021, our lovingly restored cottage has been finished with your comfort in mind. Enjoy the quiet bush block with native animals aplenty. While private and peaceful, you are only 1km to the main beach, and 3 minutes to shops, cafes & restaurants at the bottom of the hill.

The Hideaway is a great opportunity to reconnect with nature in a pet friendly environment with all the comforts of home. An abundance of wildlife with beautiful creek systems which run throughout the year, suitable for swimming. Adjoining Dawes National Park in the upper Boyne Valley. Very private holiday house on 154 acres Approximately 1.3 km of Bottle Creek frontage. Fantastic fishing, crabbing and prawning from the block. Fully self-contained holiday house. Gentle slope from the house to the creek, watch your rod from the Patio. Heaps of beds for the whole family Downstairs bedrooms • Bed 1 has 1 Queen-size bed • Bed 2 has 2 x single bunks in the other room (sleeps 4) • 1 additional single bed in living area Mezzanine floor has 3 single beds.

Try your luck at some shore based fishing or crabbing, however if you have a boat a council maintained boat ramp is only 600 mtrs away! Explore Rules Beach and Deepwater National Park or simply just chill out on the block.

The fully sustainable eco-accommodation, offers elegant living with the bare necessities, including a bed, tea & coffee and fresh local produce and wine. The cabin is located on 20 000 acres which is home to organic beef cattle - you may be lucky to spot some cattle or horses.
