Depends, if somebody comes from far away we like to have a chat and tell them about this beautiful area what walks to take where to shop or rent skis otherwise we respect your privacy. The apartments are adjacent to the castle so you can be completely private if you like Most convenient is to have a rental car with you even though the trains to Salzburg and Vienna are just a short walk away. We even have a beautiful sports airfield close by where you can rent a small plane or book a scenic flight or another destination.

Wir vermieten hier unsere Ferienwohnung mit Panoramablick in der Schladming Dachstein Region unweit der herrlichen Skigebiete, den Thermen, mit wunderbarem Ausblick. Das Haus befindet sich in Alleinlage, und ist dennoch zentrumsnah. Binnen Minuten erreicht man Geschäfte, Gasthäuser. Schladming, der Dachstein, Bad Aussee und Altaussee sind mit dem Auto schnell zu erreichen.

Large house, quite surrounding, beautiful garden

Endlich Ruhe gives peace! It is a lovely large house, with a fine, enclosed garden. The house is on a cul-de-sac, behind the garden runs a stream. You can BBQ or read in the hammock. The children can play in the garden. The house borders the Sölktaler Naturpark, and is 15 km from the 4-Berge Skischaukel. The house is modernly furnished, with an eye for Austrian details. For winter sports enthusiasts, there is a heated ski room. You are most welcome!

Ferienhütte Grimming

Unsere Ferienhütte liegt nur etwas abseits der nächsten Verkehrswege (Straße, Bahn) und doch mitten in der Natur am Fuße des mächtigen Grimming. Es sind nur ca. 30 km bis Schladming oder ins Ausseerland. Es gibt unzählige Möglichkeiten für Sportinteressierte, Naturliebhaber oder auch nur jene die mal die Seele baumeln lassen wollen ! Wir freuen uns auf Euren Besuch ! Ebenso wilkommen sind Hunde, die sich "puddelwohl" bei uns fühlen !
