Das Haus liegt 15 km südwestlich der Stadt Graz. Es sind 5 km zur A2 und 10 Minuten zur A 9 (wo man in Richtung Slowenien/Kroatien oder Richtung Salzburg fahren kann). Das geräumige Haus (130 m2) zeichnet sich durch eine ruhige Hanglage mit einer rund 80 m2 großen Terrasse, sowie einer sehr schönen Aussicht aus. Das Haus liegt gut für Durchreisende. Aber auch für Urlaubende ist es überaus interessant. Man erreicht sehr viele Orte der Süd- und Weststeiermark in relativ kurzer Zeit .

It is located on a hill, in the middle of a big flowergarden, from where you can enjoy quiet and fantastic panorama of the mountains around. In the blockhouse there is a little wooden kitchen, a bathroom with shower and WC as well as a terrace and your own private garden. We rent la perlita in the period of time between April and October. The little house has 4 cm thick walls.
