We affectionately call it Frog Stomp because our neighbors have a pond and during the summer there are hundreds of baby tadpoles that are make their way around the guesthouse. The Kennedy designed specifically for extended business travelers, relocating employees, healthcare employees, displaced homeowners, and vacationers. Each one bedroom/one bath, fully furnished rental has state-of-the art technology which includes keyless entry front door, smart thermostat, smart TVs, high-speed internet, a security-coded, walk-in bedroom closet, and security cameras. This unit also has a full-size Murphy Bed.

The Legacy Suite

Enjoy a modern in‑law suite in South Huntsville. The suite occupies the entire basement floor with no shared interior spaces and a private entrance. My family lives on the main floor. The space is cozy, comfortable, and close to shopping, restaurants, parks, and entertainment—great for work or relaxation. We have two friendly dogs upstairs who do not access the suite, but if you fear dogs, this may not be the best fit.
