Studio 21 is a super spacious waterfront apartment situated on the pristine coastal quays of Yamba, just 7 minutes drive from the beach. Enjoy access to the waters edge from the King bedroom overlooking the Canal....beach towels are provided if you fancy a dip! Your private bathroom 10 meters from the dome. Cosy fireplace, lovely views from the bay window and a skylight in the ceiling.

Comfort in the Cane Fields

The 1950s cane cutters Barracks looks the same outside but inside it has become a comfortable modern guest wing to the 1920s farmhouse. On the top floor, there are two ensuite rooms with queen beds, and a third room with two single beds which has a bathroom downstairs. There is a living room and limited kitchenette (no oven or cooktop). Luxury on your own, or up to six together. There are breezy decks all around, with great views over the cane fields, set in the midst of a working farm.

There's a grocery store in town & a great op shop. The ferry can take you across the river to Yamba. Poochs welcome for an extra fee.

The Barn

The Barn is fully self-contained accommodation 20 metres away from the main farmhouse. Wildlife abounds on this secluded 140 acre farm. You’ll wake up to the neigh of a horse, or the chatter of the cheeky King Parrots. We hope you like animals! Great place to take a break & breathe in the country air, while still being only 20min off the M1 motorway & 18min to the Grafton CBD. Fold out sofa bed available for additional guests or kiddies. The Milking Shed - Byron Hinterland - Eltham NSW

The Milking Shed is a romantic sanctuary located in part of the Big Scrub and the volcanic hills of the Byron Bay Hinterland, NSW. A small working Macadamia farm. The cottage is well equipped to accomodate 2 guest;also a sofa bed if required and a shared in ground swimming pool. A breakfast hamper of healthy produce is provided on arrival. The best of both worlds, a relaxing natural and tranquil country experience, yet only 20/35 minutes drive the coastal towns.

Quiet secluded beaches are just a 5 minute drive away, where sometimes you can be the only one on the beach!
