Conveniently located just one mile from Camp Michawana, 10 minutes from Hastings, and 40 minutes from downtown Grand Rapids. Mann Lake Cottage Year-Round Private Pet friendly

Year-Round, pet friendly, private, relaxing. Country setting where privacy abounds. 156 acres of Mid Michigan Country with a 10 acre privately [FAMILY] owned lake. Great swimming, fishing/ice fishing, snorkeling, hiking. Perfect for a couple families. The kids will never be bored. Many extras. Pet fee is $35/pet per stay, please contact the owner regarding pets. Room for groups like Family Reunions, Group outing, Holiday Gatherings, Deer Widows Weekend, Thanksgiving, Christmas, New Years!

Charming tiny cottage with breathtaking views of Derby Lake. This cozy retreat is the ideal escape for couples seeking a romantic getaway or those seeking to embrace the minimalist lifestyle. For outdoor enthusiast the cottage is surrounded by an array of outdoor activities including hiking and bicycle trails, and fishing. Kayak rentals available! Enjoy a two mile walk around the lake which includes a wooden walking bridge. Relax on our large deck and savor the spectacular views of the lake.

Treloar Cottage

Tucked away in the quaint countryside, Treloar Cottage provides the peaceful getaway you've been waiting for! There are water activities, a grill, fireplace, campfire pit and full lake access. The cottage is nestled only 25 minutes away from towns on the coast of Lake Michigan. They have boutiques, restaurants, farmers markets, and seasonal festivals to enjoy. Upon arrival, don't forget to look in our activity binder for things to do and places to see! Or, just get comfortable and enjoy!

Seahorse Cottage

Just a short walk from the water (2 min, NOT lakefront, side street). Crystal lake is 5.3 miles. There is an access site you can anchor a boat at for the day (anchor, no dock or land, but you can anchor in the water and walk back to the cottage), the beach is 1/2 mile away, and raceway is 1 mile away. The large double lot sometimes has guests in a camper on the 2nd lot and a shared firepit. Golfcarts are allowed. Valid photo ID and phone number will be required immediately after booking.

Lakefront Cottage at water's edge w/free Pontoon

Welcome to Swan Cottage. Nestled in a small cove on a large lake, this waterfront cottage was completely renovated. It has 66' of private shoreline; an elevated front deck plus side patio; and stone bonfire pit & gas BBQ grill. Guests also get FREE & exclusive use of a pontoon, 2 kayaks and paddle boat plus private dock from early May through late October (weather permitting). Swan Cottage is also very dog-welcoming. The yard is not fenced, however we provide ground stakes & cable ties.

Freshly Renovated 1940s "Sunshine Park Cottage"

Freshly renovated in 2022, this charming 1940's cottage is nestled in the heart of Fennville MI. Located near Saugatuck, South Haven & Holland - close to beaches, dunes, wineries, breweries, orchards, pickle ball, playgrounds & skiing in the winter. Kitchen w/everything for cooking, laundry, full bath, 2 bedrooms each w/ queen bed, Wi-Fi, deck, gas fire pit (May-Oct), short walk for groceries & restaurants. Dog friendly. (Remember, dogs must be included as pet guests when you book)

Beautiful colors surround you in the fall. Perfect for those who enjoy bird watching, golf, and relaxing by the lake. The Lake Breeze Cottage will be a memorable getaway for your whole family! Located only 40 minutes from downtown Grand Rapids you can spend your time on the lake...not the highway!

Deer Shores Cottage on Big Pine Island Lake, 7 BR

This beautiful house sits at the edge of Big Pine Island lake, a premiere 223 acre all-sport lake that is a short drive northeast of Grand Rapids. The huge kitchen and open floor plan flows onto a large south-facing deck overlooking the lake. There are seven bedrooms available to rent, including 5 with queen-sized beds, one with 2 twin beds (main floor), and one with 3 bunk beds. This 2500 square foot space is perfect for family reunions, destination get-aways, and retreats.

Lakefront Cottage in the woods w/Bunkhouse & Boat

Welcome to the Loon's Nest, a renovated bungalow & bunkhouse on 2 large lots w/private beach & expansive views of Lake Wabasis. Plus a pond in the woods out back that's filled year-round w/wildlife. Additionally, guests get the FREE & exclusive use of a pontoon boat, 2 kayaks & dock from May through October. Lake Wabasis is about 2 miles long (Kent County's biggest) w/418 acres of primarily undeveloped, protected wetlands. And excellent fishing all year long.

Water's Edge Escape

Charming 1940’s lakeside cottage is cozy, updated & bright! Fish, swim, kayak or paddle board in spring fed waters. Our humble home has just enough room for you to steal away with those you love. Relax with two bedrooms and a sleeper sofa. Enjoy your morning coffee on the deck overlooking the lake, you may even catch a glimpse of a swan family or Blue Heron. Enjoy seasonal fruit farms, local wineries/breweries or explore nearby St. Joseph or South Haven!

Secluded Lake House Getaway

House has four bedrooms each with queen beds as well as a kids room with 3 sets of twin bunk beds - entire house is newly remodeled. It's the only house on 3rd Lake. You can use the pontoon (extra charge and 3 day notice needed) and take it to both 1st and 2nd Lakes or you can take the kayaks or row boat (with trolling motor) to any of the six lakes which are all connected and tie to the Flat River. Perfect place for a peaceful, relaxing getaway.
