The 17th century brick and flint Yew Tree Cottage has been just renovated and furnished to an exceptional standard with super king bed.  Located in North Norfolk Coast and Georgian town of Holt, in peaceful and quiet rural setting. Saxlingham is a small hamlet with XVI century church and rich medieval history, great walks, pubs and restaurants close by. Set in peaceful no through country lane, in a private garden, accessed through an oak gate, surrounded by trees, with internal parking space.

Hobbit house located on the North Norfolk coast.

Get ready for your Hobbit experience at Bag End in the Shire. Bag End is located within one mile of the coastal path and central for the beaches of Wells, Holkham and Blakeney point. Our Hobbit house has one full size bedroom and a smaller bedroom for a little hobbit. Up to 2 extra guests can stay in the cosy seperate bedroom hut at £25pp per night. There is a seperate bathroom and washing up area with hot and cold water. The hot tub can be used for an additional charge of £65 per whole stay.

Wagtail Cottage is a delightful Grade II listed 16th Century brick and flint cottage. Sympathetically renovated to a high standard, with a luxurious bathroom, spacious double bedrooms, and contemporary but comfortable living areas. Set in a peaceful location, the property has a lovely garden with a riverside summerhouse and decking, perfect for lazy days, barbecues and evening drinks. Within walking distance of Stiffkey's salt marshes/coastal path, Stiffkey Stores & the popular Red Lion pub.

Stable Cottage, Blakeney: a few steps from the sea

A minutes walk from the quay, accommodation for the discerning guest looking for comfort in a tasteful, relaxing environment. The cottage has been renovated with a gorgeous contemporary feel throughout. Close to local eateries, the sea, and local wildlife, it is great for couples and families (dogs welcome). Heating and hot water are switched on. Wood for the burner is provided from October to the end of March. We also supply bath products, milk, tea, coffee and a bottle of wine on arrival.

Welcome. Kiln Cottage, Blakeney, is our family home which we'd like you to enjoy. It's the perfect spot for a holiday or short stay within the beauty and tranquillity of the North Norfolk coast. This modern cottage, built with traditional Norfolk flint, is a moment’s walk from the coastal path, village harbour, shops and eateries. It offers total peace and quiet. I am afraid we are unable to accommodate children under 16. And we're unable to accept dogs or other pets. Parking for two cars.

Nestled in the trees with stunning views down into a hidden, valley. Binoculars are provided to enjoy the Barn Owls, Kites, deer, foxes, badgers, rabbits, hares and squirrels that inhabit the valley. The all wood lodges have been hand built by local craftsmen; the fixtures, fittings, and beds are made from a specific species of 'waney edged' wood. A fully fitted kitchen, mood lighting and a wood burning stove complete the cabin-in-the-woods romance of these gorgeous luxury hideaways.

Chapel Piece offers a lovely spacious well equipped self contained studio with a self serve breakfast supplied in your own kitchen which has a microwave, full sized fridge, toaster, and a dual air fryer available on request. You have a lounging area where you can relax on your sofa of an evening. You have your own entrance to come and go as you wish coming through our lovely garden. Furlongs Lodge is a beautiful newly refurbished wooden clad studio sleeping two, located in the heart of the North Norfolk coast between Blakeney and Wiveton. The lodge has a period charm throughout with traditional features and sun trap tree lined garden amounting to ½ acre. Modern amenities include fully equipped kitchen with oven, King size bed, en suite bathroom with walk in shower, BBQ, Sauna, wood burning stove and dedicated parking.
