The room is cosy & very comfortable for a special night away or weekend. We're centrally located within 20 mins walk of the city centre. Within the room you have a fridge freezer, microwave & kettle with tea / coffee and snacks. Fresh linen, towels included. En suite bathroom & electric shower.

A cosy and quirky self contained guest suite in the heart of Bournville Village. Adjoined to our family home, The Snug has a separate entrance. Guests have sole access to a lounge, shower room and 1st floor double bedroom. A microwave combi-oven, toaster and fridge are available for use in an adjacent area. Guests are welcome to use a running machine and multi-gym at their own risk. An electric car charging point is available for an additional charge. Our family dog has no access to The Snug.

The Annexe - 2 bedroom - QE, University, Cricket

The Annexe is a newly renovated, self contained suite. Attached to our house but with its’ own entrance the space has 2 comfortable bedrooms with space to work or study (with wifi). There is a newly fitted bathroom along with a well equipped kitchen and relaxing sitting room. We live on site and so can be on hand to offer advice if desired. 5 minutes walk to the University main gate. We are a 25 minute walk to the QE hospital and Edgbaston cricket ground and well served for taxis.
