My place is unsuitable for long term rental so I am not depriving anyone of an affordable housing opportunity.

This gorgeous Stone cottage has been built from the local stone collected from the surrounding land. Built with recycled timbers and antique building materials it looks like it has been there for more than a century. It has just been fully renovated and has all new appliances. The bathrooms have floor heating to keep you cosy in winter. Enjoy beautiful views across our secluded little valley from your private balcony or the outside eating area. Cottage with Magnificent views

The cottage is a cute 2 bedroom stand alone house situated on the high side of moss vale towards Robertson. It has views right across the mountains and looks over the agricultural grounds so you feel like your in the country but only 2 mins from town. You can drive up to the house in your own private driveway. We can arrange for a spare single mattress if you have a family of 5. It has a gas hot water and a full kitchen if you need it. It’s also fully fenced so you can bring your dog.

Contemporary country experience Enjoy the simplicity and restoration that rural peace offers without getting your hands dirty (*unless you want to!). This design inspired cottage provides a place for up to 6 people to take in the sunset sitting by the open fire, then wake to collect fresh eggs and watch the horses, cows and kangaroos graze, or wander down to the creek for a picnic. The cottage is fully enclosed in a fenced area 800m2. We have changed the fencing so none is electric.

The Carriage House at the historic homestead, Welby Park Manor has been lovingly restored and renovated. Oozing with character and charm, the Carriage House is self-contained, private, dog-friendly and fully fenced. On-site parking is available, wood is supplied for the slow-combustion fireplace and outdoor fire pit. you will be welcomed with drinks on arrival.
