Full access to the river for fishing and swimming. 18 miles to Baylor Stadium and Magnolia Market at the Silo! Come enjoy the Big Rocks on the Brazos!

Charming backyard cottage set in the historic Sanger-Heights neighborhood just 7 minutes from Magnolia by car and blocks from Downtown. Off-street parking and a private entrance to your own fenced yard. A pathway leads to a private patio with an outdoor seating area. The cottage includes a Queen sized bed, TV with Netflix, bathroom, bathtub and shower. It is located on our property adjacent to our home, and we are available as much or as little as you desire. We took about 6 months off from hosting, but are happy to be offering our place again. Take a break and unwind at our peaceful oasis. Though we're just one mile out of McGregor and 20 miles from downtown Waco, you will feel like you've gotten away from it all. We have 23 lovely acres with a spring-fed creek, a quarry pond, and lots of friendly animals to talk to. Your apartment was built in 2017 and set apart from the main house. Small and cozy unique apartment on a hill, overlooking Stillhouse Lake. It's tucked in the back of our shop/garage, with a partially shade covered deck. Kick back and watch the wildlife, birds and hummingbirds, while drinking coffee and enjoying the beautiful views. We are in the Country, close to Stillhouse Lake, and only a short drive to Cadence Bank Center, Belton, UMHB, Chalk Ridge or Dana Peak Park. Parking including room for a trailer.
