New Hampshire Lakes Region Home With Beach Access

Walk to the beach down the street, hike the trails/snow shoe at Castle in Clouds, or visit one of the ski resorts in the area. The house can comfortably sleep 6 with 2 queen beds and 2 twin beds. There are 2 full baths, a beautiful screened-in porch, patio, and a well stocked kitchen. Set in the lake community of Suissevale, the house is a short walk to States Landing beach/boat launch and about a mile from Suissevale beach. Castle in the Clouds hiking / snowshoeing trails are an 8 minute drive.

Enjoy the Old Farm cottage, a studio apartment on our small homestead in the beautiful Lakes Region. It’s a perfect spot for couples, small families, or traveling nurses. We are within 20 minutes to many beaches, including Lake Winnipesaukee, and provide easy access to head south to the ocean or north to the mountains. You will have your own separate parking/entrance, but are welcome to enjoy our cozy fire pit, stylish treehouse, and backyard access to the network of snowmobile trails.

The Lake house

Enjoy the southern exposure, a sugar sand walkout beach, an L-shaped dock, and classic Lake Winnipesaukee construction. The open concept includes a full kitchen and a living room. The spacious bathroom also includes a washer and dryer. It has one private bedroom, and a ships ladder guides you to a loft containing additional sleeping space, with a catwalk to a private balcony overlooking the lake. This property has a detached bunkhouse with two full-sized beds and a ¾ bath.

Lake view home steps from the beach

This is a a beautiful, custom house with granite counter tops, stainless steel appliances and state of the art amenities throughout. There is a wrap around deck along with a sunroom that has a ping pong table. There's also a firepit and hammock out back. There is a gorgeous lake view as well. You are steps away from the beach and there are plenty of trails for hiking and biking all around the house. Suissevale is a private community in the heart of Moultonborough.

You will never tire of the spectacular views of the BIG lake from this wonderful lakeside home. Spend hours on the deck, overlooking the expansive lawn that extends all the way down to the lakefront. Beautiful space to relax inside the cabin or outside in the hot tub or by the fire pit after a day of exploring the mountains. Enjoy your stay with everything you need for a getaway in NH. Cabin is fully equipped to cook inside and out. Just so people are aware we are fairly new to hosting and our cabin was ready for guests in the middle of winter. Currently working on a fence for privacy.
