Centrally located, across the road from the South Melbourne Markets, walking distance to the Albert Park Lake and a quick tram trip to the CBD. Please note- no TV, so bring devices if needed.

Wander along to Mount Martha Village for breakfast or dine in one of the popular restaurants and wineries in the area. This property is great for couples or a small family. Our property is located directly across a busy road to the beach. Therefore you will encounter road noise during the day and early evening.
