Two big family rooms, fireplaces, washer, dryer on both floors, 2 kitchen areas, 5 bedrooms 10 beds, 2 bathrooms, extra freezer on lower level. Hot tub, pickleball court, lots of parking as well as a pasture for animals and places to park campers and trailers. The River House

Location! Location! Location! Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place located on the Duchesne river, private fishing access. This house is set off the road in a country setting. It’s close to a lot of reservoirs. They are great for fishing, swimming, and boating in the summer. It is central to great hunting areas. We are 1 hr from Vernal and 45 min. from the base of the rockies and book cliffs. Whether you come to play and hunt or just a family vacation, the river house is perfect.

Rancho Sin Vacas is a slice of Hanna. 12-acre property on the N. Fork of the Duchesne River at the base of the Ashley National Forest in Hanna, UT, 78 miles east of SLC. The 1/4 mile of river frontage is registered as "Blue Ribbon" by the State. The cabin has a kitchen, dining room, living room with newer sofa sleeper, bathroom (new shower), bedroom, bedroom cantilevered over river, Huge Front deck, and fireplaces and fire pit. Ponds, canals, alpacas and a Llama, named Osama bin Lama.

Enjoy restful days and nights exploring the Moon Lake area in the Uintah mountains. There are 2 bedrooms each with a queen bed, and a pull out couch that also sleeps 2. The Kitchenette is equiped with an induction cooktop, refridgerator, microwave, coffee pot, and blender.
