There is a swimming beach w/ lifeguards, boats to rent, and a well-stocked fishing lake 5 minutes away. We’re close to the ski slopes and hikes too.

Just above 5600 ft snow happens, wildlife happens, and you can be a part of the experience with access to internet, light fitness equipment, laundry onsite, and can sleep up to 4 (5 if you count the couch!).
