My ski home offers a luxury design with warm Georgian traditional carpets, full kitchen, soft hotel sheets, premium mattresses, custom built wooden beds, beautiful walk-in shower, and more. The most unique feature is the 70sqm terrace with an incredible Mountain View. Ski right up to my home and unwind from a full day on the slopes. Includes a ski depot fitting 4 skis and 4 boots

NLTbilisi (Apartment with Garden)

Apartment is located in the center of the city, in 5 minutes walking distance from the Opera House, in 7 Minutes walking Distance from the Parliament, in 12 Minutes walking distance from the Galleria Tbilisi and most of tourist attractions. Property has its own closed garden that is excellent for kids. The supermarket is in 15 meters from the property. Apartment also has a very nice traditionally decorated wine room that is excellent for family celebrations and friends gatherings.

This is the best ski resort in Georgia with everything you might need around. Room consists of one double bed and sofa (expandable), kitchen and bathroom. Beautiful view from the balcony. Ski depot is ready to be used for securing your ski gear and the ski lifts are in few meters from the building. Various tours and adventurous events are available. Transfer, ski pass and room service can be available as well upon request.
