This 1954 built detached cottage sitting on a half acre lot, lovingly remodelled and completed in June 2021 by my husband and me, is a welcoming ‘home from home’ for our AirBNB guests. Clean, comfortable with brand new furnishings, this home has its own driveway and carport, situated in a quiet residential neighborhood, close to the Broadway Extension, Kilpatrick Turnpike, I-35 accessing 1-44 & I-40. Taxes are less out here too - you don't have to pay the 4% city or 7% accommodation taxes when you book with us since we're outside city limits.
