Dannie’s Place

This is Dannie’s place, brand new detached unit initially constructed for my father Dan, who passed away during the constuction. It features a full kitchen with all new appliances, washer and dryer and a nice open floor plan. The home is about 20 minutes from PDX, it is located in the Columbia River Gorge where you will find beautiful hiking trails, water falls, and endless water activities. We are 5 minutes from the historic town of Camas Washington, where you will find shopping and dining.

Explore the world-class restaurants, coffee shops and bars in the nearby Williams and Mississippi districts. Take a stroll around the award winning (and oldest) rose garden in the City of Roses across the street in Peninsula Park. At home, this second story studio has extra space in the meditation loft, a full kitchen, fast internet, and projector for streaming. Enjoy your private deck over the shared garden with hammock and H/C outdoor shower. Bus and train nearby with ample on-street parking.

Quiet neighborhood with good coffee (Bison!), steps from breakfast (Beeswing), and near Beaumont Village (Pip's Donuts!). Only 10 mins to airport!

Incredible River House in the Columbia River Gorge

Welcome to the "Parker Tract" river house, a modern retreat in the Columbia Gorge along the Washougal River with 200 feet of private riverfront and an incredible swimming and fishing hole. The house sits on just under two acres with beautiful forest, a huge lawn and fire pit, swing set, hot tub, 10-hole frisbee golf course, and all the privacy you could ask for only 45 minutes from Portland. The house is 2 BR, 2 BA. It is a perfect venue for a quiet weekend in a beautiful location.

The studio cottage is located in an east Portland neighborhood bordering the city of Gresham. It is close to public transport (near a MAX light rail station), the airport and outdoor activities (the Columbia Gorge; Mt Hood) and is a 20-30 min drive to downtown. It's cozy (eclectic vintage style), a wooded 1-acre setting within the city limits, and has secure premises (electric gate). Our place is good for couples, solo adventurers, and business travelers. Please no young children.

Visit Portland Oregon just 20 minutes away, or take a longer day trip. Mount Hood and the Columbia River gorge are about an hour away. Enjoy a fully appointed spacious and light-filled space, perfect for a couple or a family with one child. No smoking on the premises.

The guest cottage offers self check-in. It is located in a quiet neighborhood in SE Portland. High ceilings make this studio airy and bright. We think of it as a perfect hotel room without the hotel. The small galley kitchen has everything you need to cook a gourmet meal including filtered water. There is a full bathroom with tub and shower. We're on a quiet side street – right around the corner from a dynamic restaurant scene in Kerns, the 5th coolest neighborhood in the world. Stroll to parks, live music, vintage shops, and a vintage movie theater. Walk, Lyft/Uber, bicycle, or use Portland’s amazing public transportation everywhere. Tall windows overlook greenery and a cozy porch. Our family's 1900 house has been divided into separate apartments. Its like an artsy hotel room, but much more homey!

Forget your worries in this spacious and serene space with quick access to I-84. We are just 12 minutes to Gresham but have the feeling of being secluded. In the winter come for the wind and mother nature! The unit has a private entrance in the back lower level of our home. It includes a separate BR, living area w/ gas fireplace, dining table w full kitchen. We are out in the country and do have a miniature donkey, a sheep and chickens. No Pets allowed.
